Step 4: Completion & Title Transfer

The final phase involves paying the remaining balance and statutory costs, such as 4% Stamp Duty. Once the government valuer clears the transaction, the Ministry of Lands registers the transfer, and you officially receive the Certificate of Lease or Title in your name.
